Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Soko & Co ship within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Soko & Co account to view real-time updates on your shipment.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
We prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. A significant portion of our wooden furniture is FSC-certified, and we use recycled textiles whenever possible to minimize our environmental footprint.
